Answers

Q: How do I submit a job request?

A: If you have not done so yet, please create an online account with Dental Staff 911. Log on to get to your Staffing page, the first area of which is the Request Staff section. To begin, simply select the job, job type, and start date. If you are looking to fill a temporary job opening, you also select an end date, add or remove individual dates, and specify the times a contractor is generally expected to arrive and depart. Use the Notes area for any additional information. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the Request Staff button to submit your request.

Q: I have filled my open full or part time job - how do I get rid of the applicant listing in my online account?

A: That's easy - in the Full and Part Time Job Requests section on the Staffing page, find the applicant you hired to fill the job request and click on the Set to Hired button. Doing so will remove the open job request, and also ensure that your new employee is removed from or not added to other offices' applicant lists.

Q: How do I cancel a full time or part time job request?

A: Log on to your online Dental Staff 911 account and go the Full and Part Time Job Requests section on the Staffing page. To remove the list of applicants, simply click on the Remove Job Request button. Doing so will cancel your job request and remove the associated information from your online information. Note: You can only cancel the request once Dental Staff 911 has processed your request. If you need to cancel it earlier, please contact us directly. If you realize that you made a mistake right after you submitted your request, simply submit a corrected, new one and let us know to remove the previous one by adding a corresponding comment in the notes section of the staff request!

Q: How do I cancel a temp job request?

A: Once you submit a job request for a temporary contractor, many people are contacted in order to fill your job request. If you need to cancel the request, contact us directly immediately via e-mail or phone so that we can reverse the process right away!

Q: Why can I not see a particular applicant any more in my list of candidates for a full or part time job? I am sure she was still there when I looked at my online account yesterday?

A: Job applicants are automatically removed when they are hired by a dentist office, so chances are a different office has hired this applicant since the last time you looked at your account!

Q: Do staff requests expire?

A: Full and part time staff requests do not expire. If you have not been able to fill the position by your desired start date, we assume that you will continue to look for your perfect candidate! Once the end date of a temp job request has been reached, there is no reason to comtinue to look for somebody, therefore temp job requests do expire.

Q: We have more than one person looking after our job requests. How can another person get access to my office online account with Dental Staff 911?

A: Log on to your online account and go to the Profile tab. Click on the Switch to Login Information button. Here you can add more login accounts.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I get it reset?

A: Simply go the Dental Staff 911 Login page, enter your e-mail address, and click the Send me a new password. link to the right. A new password is e-mailed to you immediately!

Q: We hire our own staff but the bill should go to a different office. How can I set that up?

A: Log on to your Dental Staff 911 account and go to the Profile page. In the Office Contact Information section, select No for the Owner operated? question, and check Different Billing Address. You can now add a different billing address.
