Q: How do I sign up for shifts?
A: Create an online account using the Sign up page. When a dentist office is looking for a contractor and your profile matches their requirements, we will send you a message asking you to use your online account to confirm your availability. We will send you another message to let you know whether the shift is assigned to you.
Q: How do I know that I have a temp shift coming up?
A: We send you a message to let you know that you have been assigned to a shift for which you indicated that you are available. You can also log on to your online account and check for your upcoming shifts under the Shifts tab.
Q: How can I get a part time or full time job?
A: Create an online account using the Sign up page. Indicate what job types and job categories you are looking for, provide us with your up-to-date resume, and we will submit your profile to any dentist offices that are looking for somebody with your qualifications.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I get it reset?
A: Simply go the Dental Staff 911 Login page, enter your e-mail address, and click the Send me a new password. link to the right. A new password is e-mailed to you immediately!
Q: I have just finished my temp shift. How do I submit my work hours?
A: Log on to your online account and click on the Hours tab. Enter your start and end times and the duration of your break - the system will calculate he hours that you worked and save them.
